I'm really worried and nervous about my front tooth. Last year i got a filling on the surface of my front tooth as there was a hole after forming. In the last week or so i notice a crack as i was brushing my teeth, i then woke up two mornings ago and the filling had fallen out with a new deep hole starting at the gum line, the hole now is a lot bigger than the original i got filled. It doesn't cause any pain but it needs to be sorted asap,I'm so worried i'll have to get it removed! I'm making a dentist appt soon but i'm just really nervous and was hoping to get advice on what to expect.

Dentist will make every possible effort to save the tooth. Ask what caused this new cavity& how you can best maintain the tooth longterm.
