One off voting machine malfunction, or something more sinister?

    Ok, the video is looped a few times and there doesn't appear to have been much effoort to try other options, like the "write in" option. But it has to be said, it is suspicious!

    it happened more than once, but he other time it switched a romney vote to obama

    A touchscreen that hasn't been calibrated correctly. I've had it happen to me with touchscreens in the past with some hacked android tablets.

    Ya, i'd like to have seen him try all the other options to see how much out of cal it is. The comments on liveleak seem to indicate it is more than just the one on this video though. And it's a rather odd miscalibration.

    A voter told KRDO Newschannel 13 that a checkmark appeared next to Obama's name after she cast her vote for Romney.

    He still lost right?
    So if they were voting Obama and it defaulted to Romney it didnt matter one single bit because he didnt win.

    So this vote is rigged yet they didnt come out with the result they were looking for?
    I doubt it

    To be fair, it was a little suspicious but then i found more information that showed other voting machines going the other way. I did show this in my last post.

    It seems simple but it was actually just set up wrong. I've had touchscreens do the exact same before (granted not for voting, but the same thing. Clicking one option and it selecting the one above or below it). Had the person in the video moved their finger down a bit further, it would have selected Obama. It is calibrated incorrectly.
