2009 week 42 iphone 3gs baseband no wifi no modem firmware

    hi i have got a iphone 3gs week 42 2009 with a spansion baseband chip it is saying no wifi, bluetooth and no modem firmware i have tryed everything and have seen that this chip is safe to flash any fix?
