What patterns of reduced work are considered Systematic Short Time? I have been advised today having to do a 3 day week every 4 weeks is causal as opposed to sytematic making the benefit taxable.

Systematic short time is when the situation of reduced work is temporary and you have a set return date to your normal full time hours.
Casual is when you have no set return date for the reduced working week.
