    the electric mincer is handy
but id recommend a hand mincer if making sausages as the electric one is constantly pumping meat

it will be mostly for burgers more so than sausages looked them up on donedeal there fairly pricey

    Brennan's Butcher supplies
    Cloone,
    Co Leitrim

They have that sort of gear. Mind i may have their sir name spelt wrong. They sell knifes, steels, ban saws, steel gloves etc. Anything a bitcher has they have.
You could check Cabelas.com. They have them too. You might have one got by now but more options the better.

Dont forget if you buy it from Cabelas or the US it will be 110 volts,so you need a transformer/adapter as well.;)
Lidil or Aldi usually get them in once in awhile.

    What's your budget?
€99 will get you a small Kenwood commercial applience in musgraves. Saw one in my local butchers. He says its great for doing small stuff at the counter

We got an adaptor for our kenwood that minces and makes sausages. Used it kast year for first time on a few pigs we reared, made a ton of sausages. Burnt out the kenwood though :-( had to get it repaired, dont think it was meant for that much pig!!

Anyway, used it today to make some venison sausages, omg they were fantastic! Best sausages u ever ate, used 20 percent pork fat, sage onion peper and salt that was all.Had some natural casings left from last batch of pork sausages.

I do think the hand push sausage makers are better to use though that the elwctric ones!
