Choices and what to pick

Hey lads and ladies,

So I just moved to Cork and I am working full time here. I am looking to do a part time course in the evenings (I dont have a degree from a previous college)

My main passion is computers so I would be looking for something along them lines. Second would be business and then followed by law.

So I guess I have two questions from this:

1) What would be the best part time course for computers to go for in Cork.
2) Out of what I listed above does anyone know, career wise, what would be the best one to go for? I.E In the environment at the moment which would be handier to get into
