    Hi folks,

Could any one advise me if it is of any benefit to my training to be using the cross trainer on the days I can't get out for a run. I would assume its not going to set me back but don't want to be wasting time if its not of any value. Hope this makes sense.

It's good for your aerobic development, so better than nothing.
Why can't you go for a run?

    Thanks Raycun,
Wife works some evenings so i'm on duty at home with the kids and they are too young to leave while going for a run. Have a cross trainer in the house so at least i can be doing something.
