Just wondering does anyone here know any thing about or any resources about the Courtown Canal. My Dad was visiting and pointed it out to me, forest parks mentions the east boundary is Courtown canal and it seems to be the waterway that runs from the natural end of the river laterally to empty into the harbour but googling has not helped a lot, found out the harbour cost £25,000 at the time it was built but not much more. A link to any information would be appreciated.
