I am hopeing some can help.
I recently purchased a ASG MK23 non blowback pistol. It worked perfectly for a while but now more than one BB is released from the mag when the trigger is pulled and the gun jams.
Some times it fires one BB, some times it fires 2 or 3 BBs but after 2 or 3 shots it jams up and 4 or 5 BBs fall out when I remove the mag. I have tried a new mag but it is still happening.

    Any help would be appreciated.

have you cleaned it at all? if yes you could you have damaged the hop up unit or rubber or left too much silicone/oil in the hop up chamber.
how old is it? is it still under warrenty?

I have cleaned it and I have gone over it to ensure I removed any excess silicone. I was careful when cleaning the barrel so as not to damage the hopup but it is possible that I did damage it. The gun is a few years old, I bought it second hand so no warranty.

This pistol works differently to other gas pistols. Most gas pistols have a BB in the barrel before you pull the trigger and when the pistol fires out the BB the motion of the slide loads the next bb ready to fire. When the trigger is pulled on the MK23 it pushes the loading nozzle forward which pushes a BB into the barrel and it is at this point the gas is released to fire the BB. The MK23 doses not have a BB in the barrel between shots.
The problem I am having is when the Nozzle is pushed forward it is releasing more than one BB.

you could try remove the feed spring in the mag and stretch it slightly.

Just in case anyone else has the same issue I resolved it by taking the MK23 to MIA and they replaced the lips on the top of the mag. It is now working.

    Thanks for your help Thermo.
