Motoring Costs Website for College

I am developing a Motoring Costs website for a university project and I am interested in feedback that I may receive from enthusiasts on this forum.

The main purpose of the project is to build the website, and not necessarily content for the site itself. Most of the work has gone into creating a business directory of car garages. (Most of Dublin yet to be added to this)

The aim is to provide a guide for motorists about the costs of motoring; with a business directory added in also.

Any ideas for additions or alterations to the site welcome. :)

As you will see there is still alot of work to do on the site. It will likely change alot before assignment is submitted in a few days!

So called "Lynx friendly"... And good. I like designs like that. Simple and lucid.

    PS: In regards this:
Owning a car is often the second most expensive outgoing a person has, next to owning/renting a house.

Once you own the car / house, cars usually cost more.
House is 100 euro household charge, probably a 1000 for heating, 1000 for electricy, maybe few more small bills, and possibly volountary insurance. - 2500 usually at the most per annum.
Car is average 500 tax, 800 insurance, 1000 repairs and service, and few grand fuel. Way more than you need to pay for maintaining the house.

You dont need to have the links bar running along the top and down the side; pick one or the other.

Bins, tv licence, sky/chorus/ntl/upc, telephone + internet, food.... 1000 for heating me arse, that would pay for a deposit on the oil! Even we would struggle to fit in a 1000 budget on solid fuel

Insurance is less for me. On average is about 400 onwards for normal stuff. For a whipper snapper

I'd love to see this 2500 a year maintainance house in Ireland :pac:
