USB corrupted

    Hi. Does anybody know where I can get a USB cleaned in Dublin city centre? It is corrupted and I have essential files on it.

    So you get a message saying USB is corrupted?

    What is the exact message?

    DO you mean a usb hardrive, or a usb pendrive,
    theres many device s that connect via usb cable.
    hardrive at least 3x 4 inches size,or one like this,

    half inch x 2 inch approx

    theres free programs that will recover data from any drive,
    eg recuva.

    does drive show up in my computer,
    on xp,external device detected.
    win7 ,
    small green icon,appears in system tray,
    L ower right side,.
    click hidden icons,to see it.
