Have the test coming up and was wondering if the jack and spanners for changing the spare are required to be in the car?

It's on the runaround which does not have the proper tools that came with the car just a jack and a spanner I just throw in the boot, but the boot is ment to be empty.

The boot only needs to be empty to the point that they can check underneath it for the spare tire. I wouldnt worry about having a couple of things like a jack and spanner in there.

You can take out the spare wheel completely for the test too and it will not be a failure. The spare is only checked if it is present.
