I spotted this one a while ago on flight radar 24, now it has disappeared.

Any ideas why it would make such drastic changes to its route

Initial one is most likely a NAT reroute for whatever reason.

The second is most likely just a computer error I wouldn't worry about it.

Just listening to ATC, they are not sure weather they will evacuate on the Runway or not

What's the reason for the emergency landing?

I was watching that 747 on Plane Finder today myself. Was wondering why it turned around.

Had a nice view of the Air France A380 that went over on Sat past heading to JFK. The App said it was at 38000Ft but looking up it seemed t be around 28000. No visible contrails from the Engines. Nice site all the same!
