I have a colleague who has continuously told lies about any interaction I have had with him. I would like to record any conversations to do so. Do I have to tell him I am recording the conversation?
If so, do I just say it at the start of the recording that I have told this person they are being recorded? Is there a moral issue here?

Moral issue? Yes (although this is the LEGAL discussions forum)
    Search Function? Also Yes.
