Porn Ads on BBC site (Malware)

These ads were on a football streaming site. I thought nothing of it until I saw them on the BBC site. Given that they have been there a few days I can be certain that its a problem at my end!
My computer is virus and malware free according to Spybot, MSE and Microsoft's Malware Removal Tool. The hosts file is clean and there are no strange registry entries. I've also cleared cache and cookies etc. with CCleaner.
One interesting point is that they don't show up when I run incognito mode on Google Chrome... possibly its cookie related... but a cookie in an alternate location?
Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Its all related to cookies, trackers, using google analytics and all that.

Deleting your flash cookies should remove it(ie: a new ad will pop up for something else)

No idea why it doesn't happen in Incognito mode...what extensions do you have installed for chrome ?

    Here's the strange part:
I found the tracking cookies using SuperAntiSpyware, they were located in a chrome folder:
    C:\Users\Me\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cookies

Removed all using the AntiSpyware tool and restarted the computer... got a clean scan and went on to the BBC website again. Again the ads showed.
So I ran the scan again and had been re"infected".
Repeated the process, totally uninstalled Chrome and ran firefox, the ads are in firefox. So I cleared cookies again and ran SuperAntiSpyware.

Then re-installed Chrome and so far so good.

I can only guess that there was a malicious program in Chrome that was restoring the Cookies file every time it was cleaned (modified).

    Finally got this sorted!
    I had the Win32/Somoto.A virus.
It can't be picked up by anti-virus programs because the code changes a few times per day.
I was deleting the malware and cookies but couldn't get at the root cause.

Here's some info for anyone with similar problems:
