Health Check up with Medical Card

    Hi,

    Does anyone know if it is only certain doctors that i can contact for a full health check up if i have a medical card? I have been told that some will not accept them. I live in Limerick. I am no particular complaint, I would just like a full check up for peace of mind....

    Any help on this??

    Your medical card entitles you see your named GP or GP's at that practice only.
    Most GP's do provide general check up's though.


    Just remember that recommendations for specific Doctors are not allowed on this forum though.
