    Quick Question -
    Can you get cut or point 1's at Portmarnock Links during the winter. I'm hearing you can off some people and others are saying you can't.:confused:

    I'd assume that as long as you're not lifting the ball in the rough you can continue to get cuts/0.1s?

    Yes, as far as i know lift clean and drop in the rough can still be counting. Portmarnock had never had lift clean and place anytime i have played.

    really? i always thought lift, clean & drop in the rough makes the comp non-counting
