    Hey all,

So after a horrible few months I'm back on the bike...well its my bike set up on one of these

So with this trainer i have an inordinate amount of information, and i don't know which to use for training...

    I have
    Wattage
    Cadence
    Speed
    HR

So I've done a little reading about each of them, and i know you can use Cadence for training...as in keeping your cadence between a current range.

I'm just for some advice on how I can use these numbers to improve myself as a cyclist.

Also this is a route I've just done, and found it ok, tough but ok...

Here are my stats from that ride this morning.
    Wattage: Max 640 AVG 219
    Cadence: Max 113 AVG 89
    Speed: Max 77.2 AVG 34.7
    HR: Max 191 AVG 175

So an feedback would be fantastic guys, need any more info just ask

    Cheers in Advance
