Perhaps 'Day Membership' is not require nor needed when you are a guest or under the guidance of a range for the shooting.

Open days at ranges are allowed.

The only prerequisite, I could see, would be to have current and VALID insurance for your shooting.

Remember a lot of ranges are only certified for .22 standard velocity ammunition and you would not be allowed to fire your hmr on the range. Something worth checking into before you travel.
