Query?? 2001 Audi A3 1.6 Owners

    Hi,

    The GF has bought a 2001 A3 1.6, there is nothing displayed on the instrument cluster when driving. I can make out 2 panels. Low fuel warning, handbrake on and when starting car a diagnostics check is completed but when driving these panels are blank. Is this normal?? Or should other information be displayed while driving?

    Appreciate any help here

    Not sure on the A3 but the Golf of the same year had blank display in the centre on the entry level model but the higher spec had mpg info displayed.
