    Hello all. I ordered wwe 13 collectors edition off of game.co.uk about a month ago and recieved an email on wedensday saying that the game had been shipped. three hours later I received an email saying that I have been refunded the price of the game even though I never requested a refund. The item still says shipped on my game account though. Do you think I should worry or is this just a mistake at game.

    if it says your money has been refunded then check you balance in your bank
    if it has then you wont get the game
    could be refunded for many reasons. think it takes 3-5 business days to recieve your money anyway

    email game, ask them what the craic is, quote your reference number and the emails you got from them. They should be able to tell you why you're being refunded
