Sky - No Signal Error Code 29

I got up onto the roof yesterday and changed the LNB from a quad to an octo.

After changing this, I went down and turned on my sky box to get a no signal error.

Thinking I had a new faulty LNB I went back up and put the old LNB back on the dish and still got the same error.

I tried a system reset on the box to see if it was that and did an LNB reset.

I had no issues before this.

Below are screencaps of what the Sky + HD box is displaying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as at this moment I have no TV in the house.

Did you try pluggin it out and leave it for a few minutes then plug it in again, it sometimes works for me

Looks like you moved the dish while changing the lnb.

I did indeed. I had it powered off overnight as I was out last night.

Thanks. This is what I am thinking. Will have to get back up and have a go at tweaking the position. Can a small fraction of movement to the right or left remove the signal fully?

Have you the lnb skewed at the proper angle?

not sure to be honest. I took the old one off and slotted in the new one. I did have to change the adapter on the LNB as I have a MK3 dish. Maybe it need to be angled slightly different aswell

Depends on what you mean by small.

1cm at the LNB can do it , up and down will also do it

    - will also give skew angles

Cheers for all the help and pointers.
Ended up ringing Sky and they sent someone out.

The Sky engineer said that the original location of my dish was not great as the dish was pointing at me roof. He moved and hired the dish and all is working perfect
