Nokia ck-7w in Toyota Yaris

Hi, I have an old ck-7w carkit at home and was thinking of sticking it into the wifes car. She has a 07 yaris. Is there any wire harness or whatever I can use to come from say the back of the cd player into the control unit of the kit instead of connecting into the existing car wiring. Wouldnt be 100% on the electrics but…
