Was wondering if other people are experiencing very slow downlad times for Sky on demand (both HD and normal programmes)?

Just got the new 2TB box installed on Thursday by an engineer; he connected it to my router by an ethernet cable and the downlaods worked prefectly.

However, everything's slowed down since. It takes about an hour to download a movie!

My internet provider is UPC and I did a speed test; I'm getting 30Mb - so the on demand should be quick.

Sky are blaming UPC and UPC say it's sky's fault. Any suggestions, anyone else experiencing slow downloads???
