    I see some road resurfacing is going on - why is the footpath in the village centre torn up - just at Muintir na tire?

    Maybe they're going to put in a new footpath that is properly raised from the road surface. The old one was almost flush with the road and was quite dangerous.

    A boy fell off his bike then get hit by a car this AM near Nationwide in Lucan Village..a friend who saw it says he looked pretty bad..hope he's not as bad as that friend says
