I haven't posted here before but I'm looking for some info, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciative.

Making an informed decision between the Keenan 360 and the Redrock 20 cm3.

The Redrock appears much better built, much heavier gauge materials stronger general build but doesn't seem to be as popular as the Keenan.

    Anyone any opinions?

    Thanks.

what size is the 360? is it the same size as the old 170. How many tons do keenan say the 360 can mix? or what is cube capacity. keenan is a fine simple machine, have heard the same about the redrock but never up close to one. Who makes the redrock nowadays?

They are equivalent sizes at 20m3, the people in Redrock are the same people as we bought our tanker from about 8 years ago?

Only thing I know about them is that our 20 year old Keenan 80 is still going strong. Probably needs a refit on the body again but will see out this winter. Feeding over 200/head each winter on average over the years. If I could afford to go again it'd be Keenan without any hesitation. That said the neighbours have a redrock of the same vintage.

Keenan is a simple effective feeder, mine current one is coming on 5 years. bottom bearings and chain have being changed and must do them again. Why they can fit them with better sealed bearings and proper chain is beyond me. I dont think you would go too wrong with either machine. Can you pm me the price of the 360?
