Amazon Priority Shipping Experiences?

Hey guys,

I have a pre-order of Black Ops 2 Hardened edition with Amazon UK. I ordered with super saver at the time, however, after an hour of persistent complaining to the customer service over my last experience with pre-ordering from them (MW3 was 8 days late, but they couldn't compensate), they agreed to upgrade my delivery to the their priority 1-2 day Irish post.

So, these orders are usually shipped with UPS or one of their other couriers, has anyone used this before? It costs £19 on the £60 hardened edition - I wouldn't be paying that much if it wasn't free! Dispatch date is estimated as 12/10/12 - do you guys think it'll arrive for release date (13th)?

Thanks for your reply Jarren, what I'm really looking for is for anyone who has used this service to post their experience(s) on whether the items usually arrive in one day, rather than two.

I used their express delivery last year for something urgent and it arrived within 2 days - same as the delivery date they quoted.

Haven't used express since then though, since the free delivery is fast enough when they send through An Post gets here in about 3-4 days (and 2-3 days with Standard paid delivery) anyways

If its coming with DHL or Deutsche Post expect to wait about 4-5 days after their delivery date though - one way to avoid that is not order if its says something like "usually dispatches in 2 days".

Thanks for your help Xzen - hopefully they send it early and it gets to me for release date, I'm being given an estimate arrival of 13th November / 14th November
