1st propper snowfall of the winter last night and early this morning.

Donegal and Limerick got the worst of it,but the snow is in the air and on its way.

Its to get down to -1 degres C tonight and be windy too.

So if you have any delicate plants outside then get them indoors or cover them in fleece.

    Regards.:)

Juat thought Id update this thread.

2nd snowfall of the winter that happened a few weeks back.

Some pics from the top of The Wicklow Gap and also The Sally Gap.:)

The amount of people who thought it was a great idea to try and go up The Wicklow Gap and Sally Gap in FWD cars for a look at the snow was unreal.

Serious amount of cars got stuck up there and then the cars drivers complaining because they got stuck...:(

Mountains...lots of snow and a FWD car......What did they expect?????:pac:

The amount of cars we had to stop and tell to turn back and go back down the mountain was unreal,at least 10 cars we stopped to tell them that the Sally Gap was unpassable (unless you were in a jeep) as it was under 1 foot of snow.
