assasins creed 3 and px5 headphones

So i have a set of TB PX5 wireless headphones that i use so i can keep the Girlfriend happy. It works fine on ever game i have minus assasins creed 3. Anyone else have this problem? games great by the way although AC2 is better, I think Ezzio and the setting is better
