For front window the inside (glass side) of one pillar and the bottom margin (the piece rubber border of window is attached to) are badly corroded.
    What can be done?

cut out the rust, form new metal to match the shapes involved, weld it in, clean it up and spray.

Which type of cab does it have?

It's the Q cab I think. Top and bottom margins are curved.

You'll need a good body man so, and it'll be time consuming.

The only way to do it right will be cut out the rust, form new parts, weld em in and paint, but the Q cab is the hardest of the three to do that on as it's all curves.

everything's doable, but it'll take time (and hence money) to do it right.

ring breakers and keep an eye on donedeal, they're called a fritzmeir cab, hard to find one that's not rotten though. and only a fritzmeir from a 4100 or 4600 will fit right.
