i want to rent a property that has been my ppr and I have a question in relation to capital allowances.
I know I am allowed to claim capital allowance for furniture for fittings but what can I claim.
As I have used the property for my own use for four year, can I only claim another four years for capital allowances or can I claim the 8 years from the date the use of the property is changed to rental property
    thanks
