Cancelling Setanta

    This has probably been asked 100's of times but I am just wondering how I go about cancelling Setanta on Sky?

    You need to call them up - 0818 20 30 40. They'll probably offer you a half price deal to stay before they finally accept you're going.

    I used online form and was very simple not like in the days of the old Setanta

    On their website look up the "contact us" part and it will list phone number etc but there's an option for .......

    edit/ click here and choose platform and then select subscription inquiry

    That only seems to be on the Northern Ireland site. The Ireland site leads to http://ie.setanta.com/ie/contact-us/ where this option does't appear

    It should work in any event but if you wish you can contact them by email at customerservicesire@setanta.com or setantacsire@setanta.mgtplc.com
