    Hello,

Has any one ordered from them?
    What were your experiences?

Hi, I ordered two Boohoo branded dresses (a size 8 and 10) and a pair of shoes from them a while back. The shoes were true to size but the dress sizes were off. The size 8 was slightly too big and the 10 slightly too tight! I found the quality good though and they arrived on time.:)

I've ordered from them a few times and I agree with Pilotdude5, shoe sizes are bang on but with clothes it can go either way depending on what make they are. They carry own brand and new york laundry amongst others. Still just as good quality as Asos, speedy delivery and no probs with returns

I have to disagree with this. I have bought three things from boohoo and have returned two of them because of the bad quality. I haven't had any similar experiences with anything that I have bought from asos

The returns system is great. Bought about 10 dresses from them. Returned half of them cause of bad fit. Read the REVIEWS at the bottom of the page. Makes it easier to know what your getting! Go for it

Bought a dress and a jacket from them last year. Dress was a terrible fit, ordered a 12, was more like an 8. Jacket was horrible cheap material. Won't be shopping there again.

My sister bought a dress from them last year, and it was as short as a top, no joke. It didn't cover her bum AT ALL. She just kept it and used it as a top!

My frustration with Boohoo is its such a mixed bag.

One of my favourite pair of boots is from their site and I love them. I also have a fab top and cardigan

However I've equally bought things and thought thr sizes were off or the quality was a bit weak

Most recently I bought a dress and it was way way too long on me Im 5'2" but this was ridiculously long and the material was only okay. I bought another dress that looked fabulous on the site I bought a size small which was down as 8-10 but the size was mad it was way too loose on the waist it was as if it didnt go in at the waist properly. In fairness to them they do have a good returns policy so I just sent it back.

I know someone who ordered a pair of shoes from them and they sent her three of the same pair and charged her for them. They told her to send the two pairs back and they'd refund her money. As far as I know she is still fighting to get the refund of the postage for them.

After a few purchases from them and even more returns I try to stay away from boohoo now. Granted, their clothes look good online and on the tv ads but the quality is generally bad and I never feel comfortable wearing their items. If you see a nice dress online guarantee it will be a stretchy, thin, shiny, cheap, unflattering material and overall just look bad on you. Skirts and going out dresses tend to be extremely short and for jeans/denim shorts you may need to buy a size if not 2 sizes bigger because the waist size can be tiny then other times it can be huge! I have bought heels from their before and I love them that's the only thing and I've also gotten jackets from their that were amazing. But the dresses/skirts/shorts/tops/demin etc all seem to be bad material and bad fit. The material reminds me of clothes you see for sale in stalls on the street or something. Sizing can be awful. I've read reviews on the site where people who were a size 8 needed to buy a size 12 for it to fit. It's 50/50 when it comes to size. It will either fit or be absolutely tiny. A lot of reviews on the site will say things like "The dress is nice just go up a size or 2" I don't think that's acceptable though. The clothes should fit in the correct size. You shouldn't always have to go up a size or 2 so straight away that sends me warning signals. Also sometimes items will be really small or really big in certain areas. I got a skirt before and the waist was tiny like literally a size 6 tiny and I had ordered a size 10 and then around the thighs was really baggy. In regards to returns I've returned a few things and never had any problems with them.

Overall I would buy things like shoes/bags/accessories from them again but never clothes no matter how much I like them. I've learned from experience I just end up unhappy with the items because I feel conscious with the fit and quality of them. What you see online isn't really what you get, it may look the same but the sizes can be totally off and the material can be so cheap you just feel uncomfortable in it. I wouldn't warn someone completely off it because you can find some gems amongst all the cheap stuff but just be vigilant. I've returned more things than I've kept but the things I've kept I love. :)

I've bought a few things from them and overall I've been quite happy. I usually tend to buy a few really expensive designer items every year rather than buying a lot of high street clothes. Boohoo is quite good for basics and i've gotten a few nice dresses for work there. There is an awful lot of crap on the site too so would recommend having a close look at the pics. Stuff usually ends up looking cheaper in real life. Sizes are a bit all over the place too. I've always found their returns system quite good too

I have bought a few things from them and I must be lucky but I have had no problems at all with them,I also think the quality is excellent for what you pay (far superior to ASOS own range which I find are really poor quality)
