I have a number of products that I plan on renting out to people. I dont want to give much away about what they are but its something which people would normally rent for a party. Mostly the product would be rented out for 1 or 2 days. The value of the product is 135eur. What do I need to do to cover myself when renting…

What do I need to do to cover myself when renting out the product. What sort of documents should I be getting people to sign? Is there anything else I should consider?

1. Clear and well-formulated contract in writing drafted by an appropriately qualified person.

2. Insurance. Can this product in any circumstances injure somebody ?

3. Whether you should incorporate a limited liability company.
