Having two small problems with new Laptop, its a Lenovo Z580 which I got last week.

The first issue is I cannot type the euro symbol and the second is that
the " symbol and the symbol are mixed up on pressing the respective keys.

I have tried various different keyboard layout settings with no success. Lenovo have advised restoring the factory settings which I do not want to do after taking about 4 days to set everything up.

    Any ideas out there

For the first try AltGr and 4
and for the other go to control panel/Keyboard and change to Uk/Irsh
