    I'm new to this forum. Is there аnybody who has invested in Bulgaria and specifically in Sofia and then made ​​a successful resale. I'm curious to know because I want to sell my own apartments there. What is the procedure

    you will need a solicitor who knows the law over there and an estate agent

    good luck , i bought a property in budapest in 2005 and sold it in 2009

    Congrats! If anyone has experience, please let me know. Also if someone can recommend me a solicitor or good estate agent, I would be grateful.
