Open bonnet on Z4?

I'm trying to open the bonnet on a Z4 (2007 2.0i). How do I do it?

It's not that there's a technical problem - which there seems to be sometimes, from the many google results for that issue - but I haven't got that far yet. I just don't know where the button is.

If it's like any other BMW, there's a bonnet release lever down near the pedals. I'd imagine it's in the manual if you have it?

I think it's on the passenger side down by the door?

I don't have the manual, but that was enough to get it - thanks challengemaster. It's embarrassingly big:

In my defence, it's not marked with a symbol...

Out of curiosity , is that a speaker alongside the accelerator?
