I thought that walkway was always there, but just opened to the public recently?

No, thats not the case, The Skyline walkway is a new project constructed in April / May of this year. There was no pre-existing walkway.

    Yes, I have.
I enjoyed it anyway, you'd really want a clear day. The 360 view of Dublin is very good, I was suprised that the Croker Roof is such a good vantage point on the city, you can see everything. You get a good look around the Croker grounds etc too.

Also the ticket cost gets you into the GAA museum also which is good if you are into that :)

    Hi all,

The GAA’s recently completed project the Etihad Skyline Croke Park Stadium has been nominated for the prestigious Engineers Ireland – 2012 Engineering Project of the Year award.

The finalists have been short listed by an Engineers Ireland panel of experts.

The link below leads to a short video and the voting.

Can I ask boardsies to show support for the project and the GAA by casting a vote for it.

    Thanks !! :D

Voting closes at midnight tonight !! :)

I'd like to do it, but isn't it more expensive than the Eiffel Tower / Empire State building?
