3 Day Week

Hi All, hope someone can help. I have just been put on a 3 day week. I am wondering whether my employer can make me work different days every week or am I entitled to the same 3 days ? I dont mind being flexible but have 2 kids going to creche and need to have the days fixed. Thanks

Tell him you want the same 3 days every week so you can be in a position to find other work on the days your off. Maybe not true in your case but worth a go. I'd want the same 3 days every week
