Jobseekers mix up

    Hi I was just wondering can anyone help me out? I have been mixing up the X's and O's on my jobseekers benefit forms and I'm not sure for how long I was just wondering is there anything I can do to correct it is there any hope of getting back pay?

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    If you are on JSA the dept will want your employer to fill out a form after 3 or so months you could use this to sort out the x and o's

    On JSB bring your payslips to your local office and explain the situation.
