Triton Shower Tripping?

    Hi

I have a Triton shower that when it's turned on, I get a wee spurt of water and then it trips the shower fuse downstairs. I opened up the power switch outside the ensuite and the actual cover of the shower as I thought there might be a loose wire or something burnt but it all looks clear.

Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

If you are living in a hard water area , your electrical heater tank could be scaled up which will cause tripping

More than likely it's either pump or element ( if it's pumped ) both aren't worth replacing.

Buy a Mira instead there less prone to limescale damage
