ICT sckill course and Back To Work Enterprise Allowance (BTWEA)

    I signed in an ICT skill course, but I have been told that I can't retain the BTWEA payment as Part Time education (as it stated in the website), because BTWEA doesn't qualify.
    At the beginning I was told to apply for Jobseeker Allowance, and I did that. But now I'm told that I won't qualify for the Part Time educuation under ICT skill because I should have completed the BTWEA.
    Anyone does have suggestion?
    My only option now is drop out of the course as I don't have enough income to live on.
