I usually go to Autotrader.co.uk and find the model I'm looking at. Once opened, go to the 'Vehicle Summary' tab and it gives it to you in there.

www.parkers.co.uk is also a very good site for getting tech specs for different models of car.

Can sometimes be inaccurate on auto trader though. I'd always get the figure off the v5 in case.
Nearly got caught on a Kia ceed because of this. You can have 2 versions of the same engine with the same bhp where one is lower emissions.
Spec list can be off too sometimes. I thought the i30 had cruise control till I collected it.

    I find this a very useful site - http://carfueldata.direct.gov.uk/search-new-or-used-cars.aspx

If you stick in the year and month of registration it should give the correct car. Quite often though it gives multiple choices for Model year as they all could have been for sale at that time (old stock and new stock).

Yes very good for looking around at cars. Certainly don't buy until you get the figure off the v5. Even larger wheels from factory can alter the co2 figure.

WTF kind of a response did you expect? Sniff the exhaust emission and depending on how dizzy it gets you, that's how much CO2 there is?

You got links to reputable sites and the gold-plated advice to go by the V5 (because that's what the VRT office will use).

    Get over yourself.

Possibly incorrect use of smiley there.
