Hi My third provisional licence expires on the 17th of November. I am very unorganised and should have applied to try to pass the test again a while ago but only got around to doing it today.I am just wondering what the next step is. Is there such a thing as a fourth provisional or do I start at the beginning again with a learner permit. Thanks

Yes OP! You can have as many as you want! Some people(VeryRare) are on their 13th LP! All you have to do is apply for another test, print off the confirmation details and apply for your fourth LP. It doesn't matter if your LP is expired as your Driver Number will always stay the same!

Yes, you can apply for as many learner permits as you want, you just need to send in proof that you sat and failed your driving test within 2 years.
