    If your application has gone in then the wording is wrong. You would need to withdraw it, stop the work you're doing and reapply for the extension and also retention and completion of percolation area upgrading.

    Talk to your architect about it though.

    Architect says finish work asap and hope planner doesnt notice when he pays his site visit..this is not sitting too well with me though because its going to be pretty obvious that work has been done seeing the whole garden has been dug up..

    If he does notice then act dumb and hope for the best..I dont want to get into a situation where im forced to lie to planners when they ask why garden is dug up etc..

    Maybe honestly is the best policy in this case...
