Restaurants in Dubai

    I'm going to Dubai for a week after Christmas. Can anyone recommend some good, reasonably priced restaurants? Thanks.

    Depends if you are looking for good quality food or good atmosphere. I usually head to Souk Madinat in Jumeirah. There are a few nice places to eat there and Trader Vics is there for a few cocktails afterwards.

    The problem with places to eat in Dubai is the fact that most of them are in hotel or shopping center complexes. The higher end ones are usually very over priced. In terms of food styles the Indian places are amazing. You get lots of Steak restaurants but these are also quite expensive. The Indian and American places are usually pretty mediocre.
