The only devilishness is on the part of the parents. Sounds like they don't want the child and have invented the story.

They should be arrested.

As this would be common after three months or so.

I also love the quote " cackles in a adult way"... so when you become an adult, your laugh develops from innocent, normal like as a child, into a expected and perfectly developed cackle in adulthood.

Anyway, this sounds suspect to me, as three institutions have all cast apersions on the couple outright of child abuse.
The Mail meanwhile feed hysteria to the masses as if we had just came out of the 15th century or so.
