IPAD and APPS For disability

Hi Folks

I wanted to ask this of you before i go to another section. I need to see the full range of apps available for an ipad so i can install a few for my child. Obviously my child has a disability so i want simple child apps.

Can anyone help. Basically its simple apps i am looking for, A list of them.

I don't know if there's any apps for disabled kids but you can find quite a few reviews of kids' apps online

There is no extensive list as there's just too many apps.

Brilliant fergal. Thats exactly what i wanted. Just out of curiosity. How do you pay for them? or what do they cost esentially. I cannot see how thats done.

Most of them are free and the rest I pay through iTunes about €2 at most.

You pay for apps with either a credit card or a prepaid topup voucher available in tesco, Hmv etc.

On second thoughts is very boring:D and not much good on the ipad as there is no vibrate You might find something else in the first link.

Also my one-year old's current favourite app is 'the playmatic' - very simple cause-and-effect type app with bubbles to pop and lights that make noise.
