I just noticed that Magill magazine website has been hacked.Wasn't really sure where to post this. Figured maybe some of the AH crew might enjoy discussing it. Not exactly sure what they write about, however I am sure some people here are familar with them. Wonder who they pissed off. Loads of flashing graffics and cheesy sounds. Reminds me of intro sequences from pirate games in the BBS era.
My guess would be a random 12 year old.

My guess is someone hacked it to learn the secret of Vincent Browne's amazing hairstyles.

It seems to be a lad/group doing basic hacks on sites and then extorting money from the owner to f**k off.

The 'subhead' when you search on Google for it is: Dear ADMIN ! Secure your SITE ! :D Greetz : All Members of 3xp1r3 Cyber Army

In this case, I don't think he'll get anything. Browne flogged rights to the title (including the domain presumably, but not the archive) to Business & Finance a few years back. They published it for a couple of years, then shelved it around mid-2008.

So they'll probably get over the website looking like 1994 just called.
