    hello everyone,
    i need some soft ware to edit mp4 video. i want to chop bits out and put it together as one file for YouTube.
    would really appreciate advice or recommendations,

    VirtualDub is free

    Xilisoft Video Cutter is very easy to use (and a lot cheaper than Sony Vegas), if all you want is cutting.
